Dr. Joshi and her team at the White Star Dental Practice are quite simply the best practice that I have been to. They are welcoming, friendly and so professional and I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my dental care. It makes a visit to the dentist a pleasurable experience and I feel very lucky to have found them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice for anyone looking for total dental care. Referring to my new bridge, I am willing to let you know that I am pleased with the result. The preparation before the bridge was fitted, although thorough was not at all distressing and certainly not painful. The new bridge seems more secure and comfortable.

I wanted to write and thank you for all the care you have given my family and me over the years. We always receive a warm and friendly welcome from all your efficient staff, and we always feel very relaxed and calm when we visit. The advice and useful tips you provide us with, have helped us to improve our dental hygiene routines. We have benefited by requiring less remedial treatment. I met Pat Lazarou for the first time last week, she was extremely helpful. Dr Joshi is a very skillful and caring dentist and is always willing to provide help and advice. The methods of pain control are excellent and everyone at the practice is friendly and welcoming. In November 2008, I attended the WhiteStar Dental Practice for my monthly check-up. During the preliminary check Dr Joshi asked me if I had been checked for diabetes. I told her ‘No’. She said that she would carry it out at the end of the treatment. However, I had some dental problems resulting in treatment over some 5 week period. Unfortunately at the end of that period the test for diabetes was forgotten by both myself and Dr Joshi. Two weeks after the last dental visit I went to the optician for a yearly eye test. At the end of the test, she told me she had noticed I had high blood pressure. I immediately saw my GP and mentioned the blood pressure and possible diabetes. As a result of tests I was told that I was Diabetic Type 2. I am writing this testimonial as it is obvious that Dr Joshi noticed some medical irregularity at that first visit.

Today’s appointment at the dentist was brilliant. Even though I had my tooth out which for some, could have been a lot of pain, the dentist made me feel very much at ease! Well done! And Thank You!

I wish to compliment the WhiteStar Dental Practice not only for the very professional level of treatment carried out by Dr Joshi, but also because of the good communications between patients and staff. In addition, there is also a good level of preventative care in the form of a very skilled Hygienist and a willingness to openly answer general questions relating to dental care.

I lived in Willesden Green for a long time before moving to Stanmore in September 2003, but was registered at a dental surgery in Notting Hill Gate. I always found it very difficult to go all the way to Notting Hill Gate to have a check up or get treatment; but they were the best dentist I had been to in a long time and I was very reluctant to change. When I went to the WhiteStar Dental Practice in Harrow to register, I felt good karma about the place. Dr Joshi and all the staff were very helpful when they treated my son and it was as if I were one of the old patients. My son has had his first filling done recently and although he was very nervous (he’s 11 years old), the dentist was very patient.
